outdoor décor

The other night my sister's neighbor invited us over for dinner.  Since it was such a nice night out, we all sat in the backyard, around the patio table.  One piece of outdoor décor that they and my sister have, and both were using that night, was a fire pit.  It was a nice night out, we really didn't need the fire pit for the heat, at least not while the sun was still out.  But the fire pit lent something nice to the ambiance of the evening.  Of course, once it got dark out, having the fire pit helped fend off some of the cool temperatures we had that night. 

When it comes to outdoor décor, just like with everything else, you don't need to have this hugely elaborate area to have a fire pit.  The people I know that have fire pits, have very humble looking outdoor décor and their fire pits fit right in with everything else.  I always look forward to the day when I have my own place so that I can get my outdoor décor set up just the way I want it.  Which of course, would be similar to what my friends and family have set up.
